Common questions
I did not get my sign-in code. Check that the number starts with +961 and can receive text messages, then wait a minute and ask again. Motseko staff will never ask you for your code.
Why is my ad not published yet? Our team reviews every ad before it is published. You get a notification when it is approved, or when we ask you to change something.
How do I report an ad or a seller? Open the ad or the seller's profile and tap Report listing or Report user. The person you report does not see who reported them.
Does Motseko handle payment or delivery? No. Pay only after you have seen the motorcycle and its papers, and never send a deposit in advance. Read our safety tips.
